Members of the TPDF Marine Special Forces unit and a U.S. Civil Affairs Team, yesterday completed a three-week military exchange event focusing on interactions with a civilian population and best practices in civil-military operations. U.S. Embassy Charge d’Affaires Robert Raines today attended the closing ceremony alongside Major General Idd Said Nkambi. The U.S.-TZ security partnership continues to deepen.
