Dar es Salaam. Puma Energy Tanzania has strengthened its standing in the country’s energy and distribution sector after receiving two major industry awards within the same week, highlighting its operational excellence and contribution to Tanzania’s business ecosystem.

The awards were presented during events organised by CSW Tanzania Events, which brought together stakeholders from the transport, energy and business sectors to celebrate outstanding performance, innovation and service delivery.

At the Africa Transportation Excellence Awards Night 2026 held at Serena Hotel, Puma Energy Tanzania was named Best Fuel and Energy Distribution Company of the Year.
The award recognised the company’s strong performance in fuel distribution, innovation in energy solutions, and its contribution to improving efficiency and reliability across Tanzania’s transportation value chain.

In a separate recognition during the General Trading Business Networking Gala in Dar es Salaam, the company was also awarded a Trophy of Recognition for Best Trading, Distribution & Business Solutions Company.

This second accolade acknowledged Puma Energy Tanzania’s achievements in trading, supply chain management and its support for oil and gas distribution networks across the country.
Speaking on the recognitions, company representatives said the awards reflect Puma Energy Tanzania’s continued focus on delivering reliable services, driving innovation and supporting sustainable business growth.

The dual recognition further cements Puma Energy Tanzania’s reputation as one of the leading companies in Tanzania’s energy and distribution landscape, underscoring its role in strengthening the country’s fuel supply chain and broader business environment.
