As Heineken goes into the second week of its champion the match Campaign, Real Madrid manager Carlo Anceloti will be glad he made Javier Hernandez start in place of the injured Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema. AND we must say despite Chacharito failing to convert goals on numerous occasions in a match that was declared the people’s final in this year’s UEFA Champions League, he (Hernandez) put real in Semi final slot.

Tanzanians witnessed Wednesday’s   night’s resurgence of champion league glory for REAL MADRID by a narrow 1-0 win against Atletico which said plenty for a side that has been riddled with injuries at crucial games. Atletico held on for long time but the second yellow to Arda Turan on the 75th minute was enough to give real Madrid the advantage to sail through by a single goal. Atletico lost out on an aggregate of 1-0 following their 0-0 first-leg defeat at their home ground last week.
 Most Tanzanian based Real Madrid fans were at Didi’z Bar  in  Dar es Salaam and they were overjoyed at the prospect of once again heading into the semi’s of one of the most prestigious footballing events which Heineken is a proud sponsor.
