Swahili Fashion week Organizing committee Together with Various invited stakeholder by The National Arts Council (BASATA) including representatives from the Ministry of Information, Culture and Sports met on Thursday 4 August at the Offices of the National Arts Council of Tanzania Headquarters in Ilala , Dar es Salaam to Discuss Swahili Fashion Week 2011 and Its preparations.
The Outcome of the Meeting was a very fruitful one as we have been closely working shoulder to shoulder with BASATA over the past four years, aiming at building and fostering the fashion industry of Tanzania and the region at large” stated Mustafa Hassanali, Organizer of the event.
